Plenty Happening in the Month of April

We have a lot of exciting things happening in the month of April. Please see below for more information.

NJHS/NHS
Applications were sent out to 7th and high school students interested in joining our NJHS or NHS. Applications must be returned to Mrs. Amos or Dr. E by April 25, 2019 to be considered. If you have a question or need an application for your child, please reach out to Dr. E. The NJHS/NHS induction will be on May 10, 2019.

Music Programs
We invite you out to our spring music programs. On Thursday April 4 at 7:00pm our middle school students will be performing Annie, Jr. We will also have guitar, choir chimes, strings, and dance performances.
On April 18 at 11:00am our elementary students will be performing Shine A Light on Texas in the middle school plaza. Parking will also be available at our district central office.

Prom Tickets
Tickets for our first Junior Senior prom go on sale the week of April 8-12. Tickets will be $40 per student and $70 for couples. The prom will be on May 4 from 6-10pm at Confluence Park.

Senior Parent Meeting
We will have a senior parent meeting on April 4th at 6:30pm. We will be discussing prom, senior trip, and graduation. Please join us if you have a senior.

Early Release and Holidays
Just an early reminder that April 18, 2019 will be an early release day. We will not have extended day on this date. April 19 and 26th will be student and staff holidays!

Athletics Banquet
In recognition of the stellar year of sports we had, we will be having our athletics banquet on May 2, 2019 in the High School Plaza. The banquet will begin at 6pm. Come out and celebrate your student-athlete! More information will be sent out soon.

Crossing the Line to Greatness
